Bañares Abogados was founded in 2006 in Málaga by Víctor M. Bañares, Abogado. He has been giving legal advice as a lawyer to foreign companies and individuals on the Costa del Sol since 1998.
In 2008 the law firm moved its offices to the cosmopolitan Puerto Marina in Benalmádena Costa, where it presently gives advice to clients in 5 languages including English, French, German, Russian and of course Spanish.
From 2011, Bañares Abogados is giving advice to their clients jointly through local partners Subvento Innovation Management, from where we can give service to clients in the Catalonian region, specialising in the market of companies, allowances for innovation projects (I+D+i), as well as immigration and labour cases.
Bañares Abogados collaborates with lawyers in Malaga, Marbella, Mijas, Fuengirola, Axarquia and has associates in other cities such as Madrid and Barcelona, cities most frequently chosen by foreigners establishing a business in Spain and where Higher Courts are located.
Our senior partner, Víctor M. Bañares Gómez, a qualified lawyer, a member of the college of lawyers of Malaga, currently a recommended solicitor by the Consulates of France, Belgium, Canada, Luxembourg and Ukraine in Spain amongst others and travels very often to these and other countries to meet the Spanish Consular bodies, (useful for immigration cases). He speaks fluent English, French, Spanish and Russian.
